Matt Berke

As CFO, Matt is responsible for managing the Accounting, Finance, and IT departments at VM+.

Matt has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of Accounting and Finance. Matt has worked as a public accountant, as Controller of both private and public companies, and was the CFO of a successful apparel company for seven years. For the past 13 years, Matt has served multiple companies as a fractional CFO where he helped his clients build Accounting/Finance departments, assisted his clients in raising capital, and has overseen numerous M&A transactions on both the buy and sell-side.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.

In his personal time, Matt enjoys playing and listening to music, cooking, playing poker and fishing. He also contributes his time to several community and fundraising initiatives.

Matt lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with his wife, Amy. They have two adult children and two dogs.
