Geoff Hayward

Geoff is responsible for the IT department at Venture Metals+. He has 20 years’ experience in both technology and operations. He began his career as an engineer and then moved into operations and IT roles. Geoff has worked with organizations such as Spartan Group Holdings, Configurable Management, and Tetra Pak prior to Venture Metals+. Geoff graduated from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Geoff currently resides in the Dallas area with his wife Bethany and their two daughters and one son. He enjoys spending time with his family, serving the youth at their church, playing hockey, and hunting.
